    Discovery & Consultation

    Step one

    Every project begins with a conversation. During our initial consultation, we’ll get to know you, your project, and your goals for the space. We'll discuss your lifestyle, design preferences, project scope, and the overall feeling you want your home to evoke.

    Design

    Step Two

    Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, we'll begin developing a custom design plan tailored to your home and lifestyle. From layouts and furnishings to materials, finishes, and color palettes, every element is selected with purpose. Working closely with our trusted vendors and trade partners, we'll create a cohesive design that balances beauty, comfort, and functionality.

    When the design is complete, we'll present the full concept and walk you through every recommendation in detail. You'll have the opportunity to review layouts, selections, furnishings, and overall design direction while sharing your feedback. This collaborative step ensures the design feels aligned with your vision before moving forward.

    Refinement

    Step three

    After gathering feedback, we'll make any necessary revisions and finalize the details of your design plan. Selections, materials, furnishings, and layouts are confirmed, creating a clear roadmap for implementation. Once approved, we’ll prepare for the next phase. For E-Design clients, this includes sending your final selections. For local clients, we’ll move forward with procurement and coordination.

    Procurement & Coordination

    Step four

    For local clients, once the design is finalized, we'll manage the ordering and coordination process on your behalf. Our team handles communication with vendors, tracks purchases, and oversees logistics to help ensure everything arrives as planned. This allows you to enjoy the process without managing countless orders and moving pieces on your own.

    Installation & Completion

    Step Five

    For local projects, we’ll take things a step further. As furnishings and materials arrive, we'll coordinate delivery and oversee installation to bring the design to life. Every element is carefully placed and styled to ensure the finished space feels cohesive, welcoming, and ready to enjoy. The result is a home that feels beautifully finished, deeply personal, and designed for the way you live.
