The two-story living space opens beneath expansive windows, with a substantial stone fireplace and custom built-ins anchoring the room, while the kitchen, screened porch, and upper-level catwalk continue the clean, contemporary aesthetic throughout the home.

A 5,800-square-foot home with six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, including 4,100 square feet across the first and second floors and an additional 1,700 square feet in the basement.
